Paramount Behavioral Services works with adults to encourage personal growth and development in order to become independent individuals within their communities. Services to all individuals will be provided in a respectful, dignifying and therapeutic manner.

Community Integration Services

Community Integration Services, often referred to as case management, is a strength-based person-focused service, which helps to empower people in developing skills needed to achieve independence. Community Integration Workers assist individuals in developing personalized and manageable goals. This program supports the follow:

  • Housing Assistance
  • Finances (Budgeting)
  • Employment/Vocational Services
  • Emotional and Physical Wellness
  • Social Relationships
  • Spirituality
  • Staying connected to providers and attending appointments

Skills Development Services

Skills Development Services are teaching-based services that assist members to increase their independence by learning the skills necessary to access community resources, including connecting with natural supports needed to achieve their particular goals. These skills can include but are not limited to:

  • Using public transportation
  • Budgeting
  • Accessing 12-step programs
  • Participating in education, vocational, and social services

Daily Living Support Services

Daily Living Support Services (DLSS) provides therapeutic assistance to adults living with behavioral health challenges in acquiring, developing and maintaining essential skills necessary to live independently in their communities. Service can include:

  • Flexible support schedules
  • Individualized Service Plans
  • success in achieving personal goals
  • Encouragement for healthy lifestyle choices
  • Working collaboratively with Community Integration Workers and other treatment providers to ensure consumer
