Daily Living Support Services (DLSS) (MHRT/1)

**$1,000.00 Sign-on Bonus**

Hours are mostly between 8-5pm Monday through Friday, one Saturday per month and NO SUNDAYS! FULL and PART-TIME Hours Available. We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to provide DAILY LIVING SUPPORTS to adults living with varied levels of mental illness in their homes and throughout their community. MHRT/1 Certification is a plus, but not required as we will provide you with trainings to receive your MHRT/1.

Travel is required, but will reimburse for mileage.

Outpatient Therapist

**$4000 Sign-on Bonus**

Paramount Behavioral Services is a behavioral health provider located in central Maine. We provide individual, couples, and group counseling to people who live with mental illness, as well support services that include daily living supports, community integration services, and skills development. We currently have an opening for an outpatient therapist to provide counseling to our clients. A State of Maine licensed clinician supervises the OPT.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation/problem identification and therapeutic interventions to assigned clients.
  • Develop treatment plans with clients; monitor treatment progress and reevaluate treatment plans at appropriate intervals.
  • Complete client intake paperwork in a timely fashion, including assessment, crisis plan, AC-OK, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
  • Participate in meetings, in-services, and supervisory sessions as required.
  • Maintain current knowledge of best practices as well as up-to-date clinical licensure.
  • Able to serve a wide range of clients, including culturally diverse populations.
  • Familiar with the DSM-V and diagnostic techniques.
  • Able to provide effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently licensed as LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC, LCPC-C, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or another related field
  • Successfully complete a background check, including a check for DHS cases involving children
  • Must be age 18 or older.
  • 1+ year(s) prior experience providing individual counseling is preferred but not required.
